Integrative Skin Therapy introduces you to self-care of the skin both inside and out. It  will also educate you on how to maintain vibrant health and radiant skin for life. Internally, there is a focus on healthy lifestyle practices, and proper nutrition. External treatments include facials and at-home regimens that support detoxification of the lymphatic systems and stimulation of the circulatory system for skin renewal. All skin preparations recommended are holistic and support and respect the skin by using no synthetic solvents, thickeners, emulsifiers and preservative systems. There will be no petroleum-based ingredients, artificial dyes or fragrances.

Some of the services provided include:

• Naturopathica Pure Results Facial- Cleansing, toning, and softening infusions prepare the skin for the removal of impurities through a gentle extraction process. Exfoliation, lymph drainage facial massage and rehydration complete this purifying treatment. Includes an arm, hand and foot massage with Lavender Body Oil to enhance relaxation.

• Naturopathica Natur02 Activating Facial- This anti-aging treatment increases circulation, more deeply exfoliates sun damage and superficial imperfections, and re-oxygenates tissues with the help of free-radical-destroying green tea and raw wasabi.

• Organic, Aromatherapy Awakening- Direct from Provence, France, this essential oil facial is so pure that you could eat it! But instead we allow the combined efforts of Lemon Verbena, Rose, or Blue Chamomile to cleanse and tone while exclusive Vitamin-packed fruit powders of Mango, Apple, or Black Currant will be mixed into a Regenerating Volcanic Mask to re-balance. This is truly a Wellness Facial.

• Reiki Therapy- Come enjoy the restorative, relaxing and grounding effects of Reiki which translates to mean “universal energy.” Working with the charkas, points in the body in which physical, spiritual, and emotional pain may be stored, energy may flow more freely and facilitate the release of these blockages. This is a whole body treatment that uses a gentle, hands-on touch.
